•Ames, Gary L., Suddenly, February 18, 2014 at age 69. He is survived by his loving wife and soul mate of 43 years, Jane Regan-Ames; son, John (Karen Phillips); daughter, Kathleen E. Ames; grandson, Regan Phillips-Ames; granddog, Sasha; nieces and nephews; and dear friend, James Jolly. Gary was a United States Air Force Veteran who served his country during the Vietnam War and was a retiree of Eastman Kodak Company after 33 years.
His Funeral Mass was celebrated February 24 at St. John the Evangelist Church, Spencerport. Private interment. Contributions can be directed to the Vietnam Veterans of America or to the Wounded Warrior Project in his memory.
