•Alessi, Joseph, age 62, died April 4, 2014 surrounded by his family. Retiree of Eastman Kodak and Social Worker for City Schools. Predeceased by his wife, Peggy and parents, John and Corinne Alessi. Survived by his children, Andrew (Angela), James, Erin, Molly and Braden Alessi, Kate (Darren) Edwards, and Ben (Erin) Starkweather; sister, Patti (Tim) O’Brien; grandchildren, Zachary, Grace, Lillian, Hayden, Landon, Jaxson, Alex and April; nieces, Cori (Andy) LaManna, Gina (Dave) Principe; and godmother, Rose LaPlaca.
His Funeral Service was held April 8 at the Bartolomeo & Perotto Funeral Home, Greece. Interment in Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. Donations can be made Susan G. Komen for the Cure, Attn: Donor Services, P.O. Box 650309, Dallas, Texas 75265-0309 in Joseph’s memory, in Peggy’s honor.
