•Meyering, Raymond A., May 11, 2014 at age 85. Predeceased by his parents, his brother Bernard and his sister, Ruth Koss. He is survived his loving wife of 57 years Adelaide; his children, Thomas (Margaret), Mary (Bill) Duff and Donald (Laurie); grandchildren Stephenie Meyering, Brian Duff, Gemma Meyering, Samantha Krueger, Joseph and James Kruk and his sister Agnes Adams. Ray was a Sergeant with the New York State Troopers and retired in 1979. He was a member of the Boy Scouts for 75 years and was a member of the Massawepie Camp Staff for 26 years.
His Funeral Mass was held May 15 in the Church of the Nativity BVM, Brockport. Interment in Mount Olivet Cemetery. Contributions can be made to the Seneca Waterways Boy Scouts Council or Nativity Church in his memory.
