•Bauer, Carl E., age 67, died May 19, 2014 in the VA Medical Center of Canandaigua following a long illness. Carl was born December 4, 1946 in Holley to Royal and Florence (Glick) Bauer and was a lifetime resident of this area. He was a United States Army Veteran of Vietnam and was life member of the VFW Post 202. Mr. Bauer was predeceased by five brothers, Robert, Richard, Larry, Paul and John as well as two sisters, Shirley and Florence. He is survived by his daughter, Heather (Damon) Ayette of Webster; his grandchildren, Isabella and Devon; several nieces and nephews.
His Funeral Service was held May 23 at the Christopher Mitchell Funeral Homes, Inc., Holley. Interment with Military Honors in Holy Cross Cemetery.
