•King, Helen L. (Baker), on June 9, 2014, at home. She was born in 1944 to the late Paul and Gladys Baker of Laurens, New York. Helen retired from Eastman Kodak Company in 1998 and devoted her life to the numerous cats and kittens she rescued. She is survived by her husband Wayne F. King; her step-children Debra (Bryan) Nieskens of Hilton and Wayne F. King II (JR) of Rochester; her grandsons Cameron and Devyn Nieskens. She is also survived by her sisters, Irene Thayer and Jenny Crosby of Oneonta; and many relatives and friends, especially Linda and Jim Atkins.
As per Helen’s wishes, a private family interment will take place. Donations can be made to Hospice of Orleans in her memory.
