•Phillips, David B., on July 14, 2014 at age 57. Predeceased by his parents S. Jack and Leona Phillips, his brother Paul Phillips and father-in-law Jack Lazarus. He is survived by his loving wife of 39 years, Carol; children Jeffery (Kara), Dawn (Wesley) Byfield, Tim (Janice), Brian (Candice); 10 grandchildren; brother Jack (Nancy); mother-in-law Rosemary Lazarus; several nieces and nephews; special brothers and sisters-in-law and dear friend Dan Kraemer. Dave was a retiree of Rochester Gas and Electric and was a former Hamlin Fire Fighter and Commissioner.
His Funeral Service was held July 18 at the Fowler Funeral Home Inc., Brockport. Inurnment held July 19 in Lakeside Cemetery, Hamlin. Donations can be made to the Strong Memorial Hospital, Unit 7-3400 for patients’ amenities in his memory.
