•Murano, Ursula (Lomedico), August 24, 2014, age 87. Predeceased by her loving husband of 61 years, Joseph A. “Red” Murano; son, Joseph V. Murano; brother, Joe Lomedico; sisters, Maggie (Sam) DiPaolo, Josephine (Nick) Murgillo, Rosemary Gallo. She is survived by her children, Frank (Donna) Murano, Liz Fargo, Mary Ann (Tom) Brown; nine grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; two great-great grandchildren; sister, Antoinette (Ray) Parrotta; sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law, Carol Lomedico, Joe Gallo, George Dandrea, Sam and Jeanne Trapani; many nieces, nephews, friends and “The Gang.”
Mrs. Murano was a retiree of St. Mary’s Hospital and a volunteer at Hope Hall.
Her Funeral Mass was held September 6 at St. Boniface Church. Interment, private. Donations can be directed to Hope Hall, 1612 Buffalo Road, Rochester, NY 14624 or to St. Boniface Church, 330 Gregory Street, Rochester, NY 14620 in her memory.
