Survived by his wife, Carol Rank Rycroft Knapp; two daughters, Karen (Jim) Muchard, Carol (Tim) McMurtry; three grandchildren, Susan, Anna and Logan; two stepchildren, Melissa Rycroft (Jeffrey Campbell), Thomas (Erin) Rycroft; sister, Susan (Richard) Benson; and four nieces.
His Funeral Service was held September 27 at the Leo M. Bean and Sons Funeral Home, Chili. Donations can be made to Operation Smile, 3641 Faculty Boulevard, Virginia Beach, Virginia 23453 in his memory.
