Survived by her husband, Ted Kosciolek; sons, Charles III (Denise) Burgen, Gary (Tiffany) Burgen; daughter, Jacquie Schur; step-children, Christine (Jody) Whitfil, Kathleen Kosciolek, Stacy (Rick) Lackner, Mary Beth Kosciolek and Peter Kosciolek; many grandchildren; sisters, Virginia Stanzel, Marge (Bob) Kanaley, Kay (Grandell) Underwood, Patty Lloyd; many dear friends.
Her Funeral Mass was celebrated October 8 at St. Vincent DePaul Church, Churchville. Inurnment in St. Vincent Cemetery.
