She is survived by her parents, Mary Anne and Stanley Pokracki; sister, Sara (Tim Wang) Pokracki; brother, Joshua (Rebecca) Pokracki; fiance, Michael Ange; nieces, Leigha and Taylor; nephews, Colby and Colton; aunts, uncles, cousins and many loving friends.
Her Funeral Mass was held October 22 in St. Pius the Tenth Church, Chili. Entombment, White Haven Memorial Park. Contributions can be made to the American Diabetes Association or the National Kidney Foundation in her memory.
