Survived by his wife Charlene Urquhart; son, Douglas (Patricia) Urquhart; grandchildren, Bryan and Paul Urquhart; special god-daughter, Denise Staats; his special pet dog Kali; loving family and dear friends.
Services were held November 29 at Kendall United Methodist Church, Kendall. Contributions can be sent to Hospice of Orleans, 14080 State Highway 31, Albion, NY 14411 or to the Kendall Sports Boosters, 16887 Roosevelt Highway, Kendall, NY 14476 in his memory.
