•Millard, Walter P. “Phil,” Hilton, died with his “girls” by his side on November 26, 2014 at age 72. Predeceased by infant son, Phillip W. Survived by wife of 49 years, Patty; his daughters, Michelle (Jerry) Laske, Amanda (Dewey) Rodgers and Valerie Millard; sister, Martha (Donald) Sprague; grandchildren, Nicole and Jordan Laske, Faith and Noah Rodgers; several nieces and nephews. Phil was originally from Gouverneur, NY and moved his family to Hilton in 1976 to begin his career at Eastman Kodak Company.
His Memorial Service was held December 6 at Victor United Methodist Church. Donations can be made to Hilton Volunteer Ambulance, 120 Old Hojack Lane, Hilton, NY 14468 or March of Dimes, 333 Metro Pk. #102, Rochester, NY 14623 in his memory.
