•Tata, Lydia M., Chili: Sunday, January 4, 2015. At the age of 9, surrounded by her adoring family. Lydia bravely fought her battle with Leukemia and entered into the presence of Jesus. Predeceased by great-grandmother, Elvira Cirillo; Survived by her parents, Michael “Pat” and Kathy; brother, Lucas; grandparents, Rev. David (Joyce) Parker and Luca (Ida) Tata; great-grandfather, Vincenzo Cirillo; aunts and uncles, Angela (Dean) Johnson, Vince (Hollie) Tata and Karen (John) Hoornweg; cousins, Danielle Findlay, Ronni Johnson, Nathan and Liana Tata and Gregory Hoornweg. The family would like to thank the staff at Golisano Children’s Hospital Pediatric Dept. of Hematology/Oncology, especially Dr. Jeff Andolina; Pediatric Supportive Care Team, Lifetime Care Palliative Nurses and CURE.
