•Schultz, Ruth H., Kendall, December 31, 2014 after a short illness. She was predeceased by her father, Thomas Swanger and her husband of 52 years Mel Schultz. She is survived by her sons David (Linda) of Largo, Florida, Tom (Danielle) of Glendale, California and Gary (Jenny) of Loveland, Colorado. She is also survived by her mother, Pearl McMillian of Windsor, Colorado; two sisters, two brothers, five grandchildren and five great grandchildren. She moved to Florida in 1993 from Kendall. She was a lifetime member of the Ladies Auxiliary of the VFW Hamlin, NY post.
A Celebration of Life was held January 7 at the VFW Indian Rocks Largo. Burial in Bay Pines Cemetery will be private and at the convenience of the family. Donations can be made to Wounded Warrior Project or Hospice in her memory.
