He is survived by his wife of 56 years, Loretta; his children, Walter Jr., Raynard (Elizabeth), Ingra & Reginald Rutland; 9 grandchildren, 2 great-grandchildren; brothers, Johnny & Clarence Rutland; sisters, Barbara Lumpkin & Mary White.
Friends may call Friday from 5-8 PM and Saturday from 10-11 AM at Mt. Olive Missionary Baptist Church, Kendall Mills, where his Funeral Service will be held at 11 AM. Spring interment, Lakeview Cemetery, Brockport.
