•Palumbo, Joseph A., Gates: Passed peacefully surrounded by loving family, Monday, January 12, 2015 at age 91. Predeceased by his parents, Santo and Mary Palumbo and grandson, Mark Neu. He is survived by his loving wife of 68 years, Sarah (Terrano); children, Linda (Alan) Neu, Kathleen (Alan) Maenza, Mary (John) Ricci, Joseph Palumbo (Laurie Stigler); grandchildren, Jim (Nina), Christina (Brad), Alan (Jennifer), Nicole, Renee; Amanda-Jo, Joey and their mother, Lisa; great-grandchildren, Mark, Julia, Zachary, Isabell and Tessa. Joseph was a WWII Navy Veteran and member of the VFW Post #1457.
No prior visitation. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated 9:30AM Thursday at Holy Ghost Church, 250 Coldwater Rd. Interment, Holy Ghost Cemetery. Donations in Joseph’s name may be made to the VA Hospital in Canandaigua.
