Survived by his loving wife of 53 years, Gladys; children, Kimberly, Vincent and Sonya Vicki Stepney; father, Herbert; siblings, Theodora Strong, Harold (Stella) Stepney, Carolyn (Robert) Jones, Jacqueline Cherry, Gloria Jean Stepney; brothers and sisters-in-law, Rose Bud Stepney, John Henry (Betty) Jones, Albert Lee Moore, Geraldine Moore and Earaldine Moore; many nieces, nephews, aunts, cousins and dear friends.
