•Harter, Dorothy L. (Piedmonte), Spencerport: February 12, 2015, at age 88. Predeceased by her husband Clyde, brother Richard & nephew Gary. She is survived by cousins, nieces & nephews, and many dear friends. A graduate of Rochester Business School, she was a friendly, kind, generous person; a bookkeeper/secretary.
