•Mulkin, Jr., John Wesley, Sarasota, FL.: July 24, 1925-March 4, 2015. John Wesley Mulkin, Jr., 89, of Sarasota, FL, born in Buffalo, NY, longtime resident of Brockport, NY, passed away March 4, 2015.
He is survived by his wife, Virginia, three daughters, Chris Christensen, Carolyn Scoppa and Diane Mulkin, by his son, Jim Mulkin, two step sons, Steven Ashmore and Marc Ashmore, and by his ten grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.
John is a veteran of WWII and a proud member of the U.S. Marine Corp 5th Division that landed on Iwo Jima. He went on to serve in the Occupation of Japan.
