•Kanous, Roy J., Hilton: On March 10, 2015, age 84. He is survived by his wife of 60 years, Ann Kanous; his daughter, Jerrie Ann (Kenneth) Ruschak & son, James R. (Sheila Wimer) Kanous; grandchildren, Mason Kanous, Amy (Tomasz) Religa, Trevor (Lauren) Kanous, Michael (Irina Bromberg) Ruschak; a great-granddaughter, Arielle Elise Religa; also his sister, Eleanor Kanous. Roy was a retiree of Kodak with 37 years of service as a Chemical Engineer, a charter member of Knights of Columbus Council #9461, and served the Town of Parma as Chairman of the Zoning Board of Appeals, a member of the Planning Board and the Parma Republican Committee.
Friends may call Friday from 4-7PM at THOMAS E. BURGER FUNERAL HOME, 735 East Ave., Hilton and are invited to attend his Funeral Mass Saturday at 10AM in St. Leo the Great Church, Hilton. Those wishing may contribute to St. Leo’s Church in his memory. Spring Interment, Parma Union Cemetery.
