•Stich, Charles William, Chili: April 9, 2015, age 97. Charlie is survived by his loving wife of 64 years, Norma (Sherwood); children and their families: Bernie & Romina Stich (Patrick, Nicole, Joshua), Jerry & Patty Stich (Jenny, Dan, Julie), Earl & Sue Stich (Kyle, Jason), Carol & Bob Wuest (Steven, Kevin) and Elaine Stich; 8 great-grandchildren; brother & sister-in-law John & Sue Stich; honorary family members Norm Austin & Jill Gardner; many in-laws, nieces, nephews, cousins & friends. Charlie is a World War II Army Veteran and a member of Holy Ghost Church (89 years), Chili Fire Department (73 years), Knights of St. John (69 years) and worked at Coldwater Lumber Co. for 53 years. He enjoyed being with family, bowling, gardening and serving his community.
No calling hours. Family and friends are invited to Charlie’s Funeral Mass on Saturday, April 18th, 10 am at Holy Ghost Church, 220 Coldwater Road with a reception following. Donations may be made in his memory to the Chili Fire Department, 3231 Chili Avenue, Rochester N.Y. 14624, in appreciation of their service.
