He is survived by his beloved children, Alex, Cody & Samantha Place and their mother, Lori Hadley; mother, Abbie Kelly; father, Graham (Claudia) Place; aunt, Betty Breck & cousin, Krissy Breck.
Family and friends are invited to call on SUNDAY from 2:00 – 3:00 PM at Miller Funeral & Cremation Services, Inc. (3325 Winton Road South), where a celebration of Toby’s life will be held at 3:30 PM. Interment, private. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the National Spinal Cord Injury Association.
