•McKane, Martin Jr., Chili: Tuesday, May 5, 2015 at age 69. Survived by his loving wife of 45 years, Betty; daughters, Heather (Todd) Rogers and Erin (Jason) Hogan; grandchildren, Caleb, Cai, Brynn and Cash; mother-in-law, Betty Brophy; aunts and cousins. Martin was a retired Rush-Henrietta Central School Teacher. He loved his cottage at Chaumont Bay, was a die-hard Yankees fan and a Master Craftsman. The world lost one of the most optimistic, kindhearted, genuine, selfless souls most of us will ever get the privilege of knowing.
Friends may call at the Leo M. Bean and Sons Funeral Home, Friday 4-7 PM. Funeral Mass, Saturday 9 AM at Sacred Heart Cathedral, 296 Flower City Park. Private interment. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Lollypop Farm, 99 Victor Road, Fairport, NY 14450.
