Survived by his devoted wife, Bernadette; his children, Kimberly (Brian) Lee, Kristin (Scott Martin) Kowalski, Paul Mercer (Beth McEnrow); 3 grandchildren, Nathan Lee, Ellinor & Alice Martin; his brothers, Thomas (Shirley), Kenneth (Julie) and Donald (Sue) Kowalski; sisters-in-law, Constance Loomis, Romona (K.) Stice; brothers-in-law, Thomas & Daniel Soward; many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Predeceased by his brother, David. He was a retired teacher from the Rochester City School District.
