•Short, Christine (Matheos) “Chris”, Spencerport: June 20, 2015 at age 82. Predeceased by her parents; brother, Gus; sister, Elaine; brother, Charlie. Survived by her husband, Elliott Short; children, Sandra (Vince) Short-Bartlett, M.D., George E. (Hilary) Short III, Matthew C. Short; four grandchildren, Lindsay Short, Matthew Short Jr., Vincent Bartlett, Kathryn Short; sister-in law, Patricia Kluge; nieces and nephews, Steve and Maria DeMallie, Mary Ann and Ken Sylvester, Chris Matheos, Cleo Matheos; several cousins. Chris died in Mission Viejo, California, of Alzheimer’s. She is the last surviving member of the Chris Matheos (Cleopatra) family, owners of Matheos Brothers Ice Cream Company. No prior visitation. Chris’s Memorial Service will be celebrated on Friday, July 17 at 10 a.m. at Walker Brothers Funeral Home, 15 West Avenue, Spencerport. Interment Fairfield Cemetery.
