•Carr, Patrick J., Chili: Monday, July 6, 2015, age 11, after a long 7 year battle with Neuroblastoma (a rare childhood cancer). Survived by his parents, John and Deborah; brother, Gavin; grandparents, Alan and Sallie Hoak and Joseph and Joanne Carr; many aunts, uncles, cousins and dear friends.
Patrick was an inspiration to the many lives he touched. He demonstrated joy and courage through his love of hockey, baseball and golf, and will be remembered for his contagious smile and his fighter’s heart.
Family and friends may call Monday, 3-7, at Bill Gray’s Regional Iceplex, 2700 Brighton-Henrietta Townline Road, Rochester 14623 (Monroe Community College campus). Help celebrate Patrick’s life by wearing green, hockey jerseys, or Lil Fighter apparel to the funeral service, Tuesday, 10 am at Bill Gray’s Regional Iceplex. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to CURE.
