Survived by his mother, Nancy (Jack) Thiele; his father, John (Magdalene) Radley; siblings, Kevin (Darcy) Radley, Mark (Laurie) and David (Sandra) Callahan, Kathy (Jay) Murphy, Marjorie Thiele, Nancy (Tom) Kress, John (Cindy) Radley; sister-in-law, Karla Callahan; special friend, Jennifer Cannan, “4-legged friend”, Chloe. Predeceased by his step-father, William Callahan and brothers, Daniel Callahan and Timothy Radley. Many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends. The family wishes to thank the staff of the NeuroMedicine ICU of Strong Mem. Hospital for the excellent care Brett received.
