•Sparks, Gilbert G., Gates: Gilbert G. Sparks passed away suddenly on July 17, 2015 at the age of 82. He was born September 7, 1932 to the late Wallace and Rose (Hovey) Sparks. In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by his brother Bruce Sparks and sister Dorothy Ferguson. Gilbert is survived by brother; Donald (Betty) Sparks, sister; Carol Morgott, several nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
The family will receive friends at the Christopher Mitchell Funeral Home, 16650 Route 31, Holley, NY, on Wednesday July 22 from 10:00 to 1:00 where his Celebration of Life will be held at 1:00 following calling hours.
