Frederick R. Burger
•Burger, Frederick R. “Fritz”, Chili: Passed away peacefully at St. John’s Home Tuesday, September 15, 2015 at age 92. Predeceased by his mother, Agnes Gardner. Survived by his loving wife of 68 years, Geraldine; sons, Christopher and Theodore. Fritz was born 5/23/23 and raised in Rochester, NY. He attended Aquinas High School and graduated in 1941. Upon graduation he entered WW II. He was a distinguished WW II Veteran as a bomber pilot. He had flown over 50 missions, in Europe, in a (B-26 Marauder). After surviving the war, Fritz attended Notre Dame University he graduated in 1949 with a Engineering Degree. Upon completing college, he had successful 35 year career with E.I. DuPont. Fritz was a Sales Rep. for the Graph Arts Division in Western, NY until his retirement in 1985. Frederick was also know as a avid golfer. He was a member of Brook-Lea Country Club for over 50 years and made many friends along the way.
