•LaPierre, Viola M., Brockport: Formally of Chazy, NY passed away on Saturday September 26, 2015 at the age of 100. Predeceased by her husband, Maynard LaPierre and her brother, Russell Mousseau.
She is survived by her sons, John (Maggie) LaPierre and Robert (Nancy) LaPierre; grandchildren, Michael (Jennifer) LaPierre, Stephanie (David) Karns, Elizabeth LaPierre (Jeff Sauberan), David (Magen) LaPierre, Stacey LaPierre (Julie Regner), Vicki (Christopher) Hughes; 6 great-grandchildren; brother, Charles Mousseau; several nieces, nephews and many dear friends in Chazy and Brockport. Viola was a member of the Secular Franciscan Order of the Sacred Heart Fraternity.
Friends may call on Tuesday September 29 from 6-8 pm at the Fowler Funeral Home Inc. 340 West Ave., Brockport. A Funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday September 30 at 11 AM in Nativity Church of the Blessed Virgin Mary, 152 Main Street, Brockport. Burial will be at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers, those wishing may contribute to Lakeside Beikirch Care Center or to Nativity Church. Special thanks for the wonderful care given to Viola by the 4th floor staff of the Lakeside Beikirch Care Center, especially Steve.
