•Rizzo, Theresa A. “Tillie” (Grasta), Chili: Passed away on Sunday, Oct. 18, 2015, at age 86. Predeceased by her parents, Congetta & Biagio Grasta; brothers, sisters & nephews. Survived by her loving husband, Peter J.; sons, Leonard (Mary Jo) and Blaise (Betty); grandsons, Peter (Nicole), John (Tracy) and Joseph Rizzo; and granddaughter, Kimberly (Wally) Donner; great-granddaughters, Alexis, Olivia & Camri Rizzo, Madalena, Cordelia & Lilly Donner; great-grandsons, Justin, Chase, Tyson and Joey Rizzo; several nieces, nephews, relatives & friends. Tillie is a retiree of Hickey Freeman, member of Workers United and a member of the Chili Senior Club. The family would like to thank all her doctors and nurses at Strong Hospital, Wilmot Cancer Center and U of R Medical Palliative Care Program, Pluta Cancer Center, U of R Medicine Visiting Nurse Services. She will be missed by all very much.
The family will receive friends Tuesday, 4-7 PM at the Leo M. Bean and Sons Funeral Home. The Funeral Mass will be celebrated Wednesday, 10 AM at St. Jude’s Church, 4100 Lyell Rd. Interment, Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Pius Tenth Church, 3010 Chili Ave., Rochester, NY in her memory.
