•Thoms, Walter H., Brockport: Age 76, leaving us after a long battle with cancer on Thursday November 12, 2015. He leaves behind his wife, Mary Alice and two stepsons, Ralph (Julie) Missell and Steven (Joanne) Missell; granddaughters, Laura (Jeff) Jarvie, Denise (Todd) Snyder; two great grandsons, Michael and Andy Snyder; a great granddaughter, Samantha Jarvie; his brother, Bruce Thoms (Hudson, FL); several nieces, nephews, other relatives and a small circle of very close friends. He worked for Itek Graphics for 20 years before going to the Brockport School District’s transportation department and after retirement from there for 10 years with Florida Fish and Wildlife, Lake Panasoffkee, Florida.
Respects only at Fowler Funeral Home, 340 West Ave., Brockport, NY on Monday November 16 from 3-7 pm. In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made in his memory to James Wilmot Cancer Institute/UR/Strong Radiation Oncology Department.
