•Tillack, Dorothy M., Chili: Dorothy Tillack, 89, a longtime resident of Chili, embarked on her next journey on November 25, 2015, after having suffered a stroke on November 20. She was preceded in death by her parents, Frank and Clara Tillack, and a brother, Raymond. Survivors include her brother Donald (Gail), Catlettsburg, KY; Donald’s children Susan Ehlers (Joel), Cary, IL, Scott Tillack (Natasha), Glen Ellyn, IL, and Stephen Tillack (Rhoda), Demarest, NJ; Raymond’s children Linda Shemenski (John), Leesburg, FL, Michael Tillack (Laura), Hobart, OK, and Randall (Nancy), Glen Burnie, MD; and a cousin Richard Ahl (Pat), Hilton, NY. She is also survived by nine nieces and nephews.
Dorothy retired as an executive secretary from Davenport Machine Tool Co. in Rochester and was an active volunteer at the Chili Senior Center. Mary Anne Sears, Director of the Chili Senior Center, and Beverly Rickard, her childhood buddy for over 75 years, will especially miss her. Dorothy was an intelligent, caring and spirited person whom everyone loved. The family is appreciative of the wonderful care provided by Unity Hospital and Lifetime Care Hospice. She will be greatly missed and remembered with a smile.
