Survived by loving wife, Marguerite Justice Fowler; sons, Norman (Sue) Fowler of FL, Charles (Joanie) Fowler, & daughter, Brenda (Rich) Knorr; daughter-in-law, Linda Fowler; grandchildren, Matthew, Megan, Michael, Andrew, Ryan (Amanda) Fowler, Becky & Jess Knorr; great grandson, Greyson Steven Fowler; sister, Jean Lee; sister-in-law, Joan Fowler; brother-in-law, David (Bonnie) Justice of MO; several nieces, nephews and many dear friends.
