Spencerport: Passed away unexpectedly Sunday, February 14, 2016 at age 54. She was predeceased by her father, David L. Hess; sister, Victoria Hess. She is survived by her loving and devoted husband of 36 years, Kevin; son, Patrick M. (Jeremy) Gallagher; daughter, Rachel M. (Jasmin) Manjgafic; grandchildren, Semir, Admir and Sadmir Manjgafic; her mother, Theresa Hess; sister, Ave (Jeff) Terzich; brother, David (Charmaine) Hess; 16 nieces and nephews; special friends, Barbara and Sam.
The family received friends Tuesday, February 16 at the New Comer Funeral Home, 6 Empire Blvd. where a Memorial Service immediately followed.
