•DeLuca Sr., Sam, Holley: 93, died peacefully at his home February 20, 2016, surrounded by his loving family. Sam retired after 30 years from General Motors. He was predeceased by his brothers, James and Louis, sister, Pearl Monacelli.
Sam is survived by his loving wife of 60 years, Evelyn; daughter, Marlene (Ron) Paeth of Kendall; sons, Sal (Karri Schiavone) DeLuca Jr. of Holley, David DeLuca of Chaumont, NY; 7 grandchildren; brother, Frank DeLuca Jr. of CT; several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Sam’s family will receive friends at the Christopher Mitchell Funeral Homes, Inc. 16650 Route 31, Holley, Thursday from 4:00-8:00, where Sam’s Funeral Service will be held Friday at 11:00, followed by full military honors.
