•Broekhuizen, Theodore “Ted”, Holley: Age 84, died peacefully at his home April 8, 2016. Ted was a devoted member of the First Presbyterian Church of Holley and a retiree of Bausch & Lomb.
He was predeceased by his brother & sister-in-law, Lester & Jane Broekhuizen. Ted is survived by his best friend and loving wife of 60 years, Rhoda; his daughter, Elizabeth (Jeffrey) Cliff of Batavia; son, Bruce Broekhuizen of Brockport; grandsons, Ryen and Alexandre; nephews, Karl Broekhuizen, Robert (Irene) Broekhuizen, and Bradley (Janice) Broekhuizen; niece, Sharon Schiffhauer; and several other nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
The family will receive friends at the Christopher Mitchell Funeral Homes, Inc., 16650 Route 31, Holley, Wednesday, April 13, from 4:00-7:00. Ted’s Funeral Service will be held at the First Presbyterian Church of Holley, 34 E. Albion St., Thursday, April 14, at 11:00am. Interment will follow at Hillside Cemetery.
