•Cook, Bradley A., Spencerport: Cook, Bradley A., died suddenly on April 6, 2016, at age 59. He was predeceased by his parents, Charles and Phyllis Cook. He is survived by wife, Patricia; son, Charles; brothers Michael (Patricia) and Stephen Cook; uncles and aunts, William (Judith) McKean, Michael (Patricia) Fay, of Smethport, PA; many nephews, niece and cousins; many dear friends and special friend, Cindy Heale.
A Memorial Service will be held April 22, 2016 at First Bible Baptist Church on Manitou Road at 1 p.m.
A private burial will be held in Smethport, PA, at the convenience of the family.
