Brockport: Passed away at the age of 30. Predeceased by his grandparents Bob and Dorothy Leidig and Betty Johnson. He is survived by his parents Jeff and Jan Johnson, sister Lindsey (Ian) Johnson Peers, niece Elle Peers, grandfather Hilliard Johnson, the Leidig, Johnson & Fiorito families.
Jay was very kind, loving, respectful and intelligent. He loved snowmobiling, biking and engineering, but mostly, he loved his family including his “big Bro” Dan.
Friends may call on Saturday May 14 from 10 AM to 12 NOON and from 3 PM to 5 PM at the Fowler Funeral Home Inc. 340 West Ave., Brockport. Jay’s Funeral Service will be held on Monday May 16 at 11 AM in St. Luke’s Episcopal Church, 14 State St., Brockport. Interment will be held in Lakeview Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation to the family to be used at their discretion.
