Jake’s visitation will be Monday 12-3 PM & 6-9 PM at Walker Brothers Funeral Home, 15 West Ave., Spencerport. His funeral service will be celebrated, Tuesday 10:30 AM at the funeral home, private interment in Fairfield Cemetery. Those wishing may contribute to a charity of their choice in Jake’s memory.
