Clarkson/Brockport: Suddenly on Thursday June 2, 2016. Predeceased by his father Harry. He is survived by his loving and adoring wife Connie, son Steve (Kyrsten), step-sons John, Kevin and Marc Sackeli, granddaughter Tahlia, mother Geraldine, five brothers Harry (Ann), Doug (Sue), Tim (OK Shin), Jeff (Barb) and Greg; several nieces and nephews. On July 5, 1948 Steve was born the fourth of six sons to Harry and Geraldine Pratt. He was a graduate of Brockport High School and Tarrant County Community College in Fort Worth, TX. He served in Vietnam from 1968 to 1969. As a riverboat patrol captain on the Saigon River, he courageously lead his brothers Doug, medic and boat gunner, and Tim, front gunner, during his tour of duty. On July 3, 2004 he married his high school sweetheart Connie Raleigh, whom he loved for 58 years.
