Hilton: Passed away peacefully July 9, 2016. Born April 5, 1941, she is predeceased by her husband, Jay; her parents, Joseph (Harriet) Welch; her sister-in-law, Cherie Kuhn; her father & mother-in-law, Arthur (Norma) Heise. She is survived by her children, Jay (Lauree) Heise, Michael (Carla) Heise, Patrick Heise, Jill Heise & David (Laura) Heise; siblings, Joseph Welch & Anne (Richard) Wolfe; brother-in-law, Tom Kuhn; grandchildren, Nadine, Riley, Brooke, Michael, Andrew, Sydney, Mallory & Ava.
Friends and family may visit St. Paul Lutheran Church, 158 East Ave., Hilton on Tuesday from 4-7. Kathleen’s Funeral Service will be celebrated on Wednesday at 11 AM at St. Paul. Private interment. In lieu of flowers, donations to the National Multiple Sclerosis Society, 1000 Elmwood Ave., Suite 900, Roch., NY 14620 in Kathleen’s memory. Arrangements entrusted to Thomas E.
