Chili: Passed away on July 20, 2016 after a long and happy life. Frank was born to Julia and Joseph Kozlowski on April 25, 1920. He served in the United States Army Air Corps teaching Celestial Navigation and Instrument Flying during WWII. He retired from Kodak in 1983. He is survived by a devoted and loving wife, Eleanor; two loving children, Nancy & Tom; numerous nieces & nephews; and three sisters-in-law. He was predeceased by brothers, Victor and John Kay.
Friends are invited to his Memorial Mass, Wednesday, July 27th at 11 AM at Holy Ghost Church, 220 Coldwater Road. Interment, Holy Ghost Cemetery.
