Greece, NY: Passed away Friday, September 2, 2016, age 96. Joyce was born November 25, 1919 in the District of Port Maria, Parish of St. Mary, Jamaica, West Indies daughter of the late Everard and Ida Hamilton (Bell). Joyce is predeceased by her beloved husband Lyell Headley and survived by her daughter Ida Jones of Rochester, NY and daughter and son-in-law Maxine and Randolph Howell of Bristol, CT; grandchildren Andrey Hardy, Marshall Jones, Genelle Howell and Randolph C. Howell; great-grandson Samuel Hardy; nieces and nephews and many wonderful friends.
