Greece: Nov. 8, 2016. Age 94. Predeceased by his wife, Ruth Nichols. Survived by his daughter, Judith (Todd) Funk; grandchildren, Timothy (Kim) Erbe, Christopher Erbe, Gregory (Rebecca) Erbe and Susan (Paul) Foster; great-grandchildren, Samantha, Steven, Andrew, Christopher, Robert, Nicholas, Alexander & Holly Erbe, Megan Merriman and Evan Foster; loving companion, Ruth Wysocky; several nieces and nephews.
Robert proudly served in the U.S. Navy from 1942-1945, serving ,in, the Asiatic Pacific Campaign, earning 2 Bronze Stars.
Family and friends are invited to call Monday from 11-12 at the THOMAS E. BURGER FUNERAL HOME, 735 East Ave., Hilton, where his Funeral Service will be held at 12 noon.
