Ogden – Wednesday, January 29, 2020. Predeceased by her parents, Stephen and Joan Grets. Survived by her husband, Larry; sisters, Brenda, Corrine (Sammy), Denise, and Elaine (Steve) Mingis; mother-in-law, Barbara Gibbs; brothers and sisters in law, Sue (Bob) Brown, Steve (Vera) Gibbs, Lori Gibbs, Gail (Bruce) Bay, and Cherie (Eric) Bishop; her “kids”, Skyy and Bobo; and many nieces, nephews and dear friends.
Francine, who made everyone around her laugh, was my favorite fishing partner. She had a distinctive laugh that was contagious to everyone in the room.
