Albion – Age 97, April 27, 2020. Sue married Arthur B. “Dick” Eddy on November 16, 1946. They were married for 64 years until Dick’s passing in 2011. Predeceased by husband; sister Mary C. Wagner, twin brother Samuel A. Cooper Jr.
Survived by her daughters Cristen C. (Maurice) Haltom of Ithaca, NY, Susan K. “Kim” (Richard) Remley of Albion, Anne B. (Bruce) Beaty of Greenwich CT; 7 grandchildren Jhakeem, Ajemo, Rebecca, Andrew, Samuel, Susan, Sidney; 6 great grandchildren Orion, Luma, Amina, Benjamin, Grace, Amos; sisters-in-law Catherine Schwyn, Joan Brennan; nieces and nephews.
Due to current public health concerns, a memorial service in celebration of Sue’s life will be held at the First Presbyterian Church of Albion on a later date (to be announced). Internment private at Mt. Albion Cemetery. Donations may be made to the First Presbyterian Church of Albion. Arrangements for Sue have been entrusted to Christopher Mitchell Funeral Homes, Inc.
