Chili – Annabelle Pugliese, 83, a life-long resident of Rochester, NY, passed away peacefully at Hildebrandt Hospice Care Center on May 12, 2020. She was a 1955 graduate of West High School; Director of Volunteer Services at St. Mary’s Hospital until her retirement; a member of St. Pius X Roman Catholic Church, and a volunteer to many non-profit efforts.
She is survived by her sister Sue Pugliese Virgilio of Glenville, NY; her sister-in-law Elaine Pugliese, and 13 nieces and nephews. She was pre-deceased by her loving parents Angelina (Vallone) and Thomas Pugliese, her brothers Guy (Rita) and Pat Pugliese, and 2 nephews, Gary and Michael Pugliese.
There will be a private burial service at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, you may make a memorial donation in Annabelle’s name to St. Pius X Church, 3010 Chili Avenue, Rochester, NY 14624, or to the Al Sigl Foundation, Inc., 1000 Elmwood Avenue, Suite 300, Rochester, NY 14620.
