Spencerport – Saturday, June 27, 2020 at age 99. Beloved wife and mother. Predeceased by her husband, Norman and daughter, Kathleen Miller. Survived by her daughters, Judith (John) Spennacchio, and Patricia (Gerald) Strassner; sons, Donald (Ann), Michael (Ming) and Timothy Lowe; 17 grandchildren; 32 great-grandchildren; sister Rosemary Vincent; brothers, Robert, Fr. Tom, and James Dugan; several nieces and nephews.
