Chili – Sunday, July 26, 2020 at age 71. Predeceased by son, Michael. Survived by his wife of 31 years, Dawn; grandchildren, Cody, Sydney, McKenna, Layla, and Michael; siblings, Patti (Gino) Gatti and Jay (Brenda) Holford; father & mother-in-law, Jack & Kathy Melvin; brothers-in-law, Shawn (Patti) Melvin, Kelly (Corrine) Melvin and Kevin (Wendy) Melvin; aunt & uncle, Kay & Butch Melvin; several nieces, nephews and dear friends.
Private service and interment at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society.
